Finding an apartment while working or receiving assistance (benefit's, etc.) is a little on the tough side I'll admit ...

Do your selves a an favor , watch the neighborhood closely often if it looks slightly rough it's a walk up,
& badly put together. The rent will also change "extremely" to suit the owner's need exclusively....
The view of repairs is for lack of a better discript. mood based and abusive.......

An apartment I went to recently was a 5 storey walk up... with nearly collapsed stairs....
I don't wish such an open house on anyone (well....) .With fire hazard's galore .So called families lived their...
And a some what air of laking privacy. Bad paint job's, etc....

Don't rush home from work to this I personally find I don't have the time or money for such gags..

Call the realtor 1000 time's if you have to get all of the fact's and be very weary from the git go...

Just choose wisely is all I ask, your life might depend on it .....
