What will you be up to...?
I'm hoping to catch a few shows...
As I look around the N.Y. Shelter system I notice this rather lax take on the usage & retailing of drug's as well as prostitution.Sometime right in front of the police.

Example (18 Williams street BK NY
2007): A Patron returns for the day unable to speak or function correctly , She is wanded by the police (yes, NY PD ) and goes on to argue with the wall... in front of them (crack from what I no, there was no sign of alcohol ) the PD and the personal found it hilarious.
She returns to her bed and argues with her roommates. They tell her to just sleep it off ( as if there were a deal...)
Do you think there's a reason they sell the stuff off market ( drugs I mean ) one day they'll find her in a morgue due to the irresponsibility of the personnel alone...

Police, that are not so lax or suspected as undercover get shooed away, including public shunning and career highlighting (e.g. PIG , 5-0, etc. ) .Leaving all not interested stuck ... With a violent junky, near there rooming.





Homelessness, states or a gov. that perceives depravity as an option to maintain it self claiming relation to the said victim (e.g. my fellow Americans, etc. ) IS ILLEGAL....!!!!!
So are drug's and prostitution....





Politicians:
If it's god , or your own greed that commands this decision to leave room for these thing's as an option rather than property and personal market positioning/allotting as a means of maintainment ( NO not welfare ) , prison would be the only known option for you....

Care or not , it is the law of life/living...
